For underground electronic music lovers, Picnic, a London-based party brand, and record label have become one of the top choices. Anders Luff and Tom Ashplant have worked tirelessly to guarantee that their objective of only presenting the finest music in the best possible circumstances is carried out. Astonishingly, though, they’ve never traveled north to Manchester. They’ll be able to check off this influential raving city on their itinerary with aplomb.

Saturday, October 9th, Picnic will be making its way to Hidden, one of Manchester’s real treasures. Everything that will surely happen will take place against a backdrop of a well-balanced site in the industrial Downtex Mill. For a debut like this, you need a spectacular lineup, and you can’t get much better than Uruguayan super selector Nicolas Lutz.

Anthea from Partisan Records will be joining Lutz in the booth. A longtime favorite of upfront selectors, her analog productions and forward-looking imprint are a perfect fit. Live set that is sure to rock the Hidden rafters. Only the hottest dance floors and the rarest vinyl pressings can hear these tasty breakbeats chomping down on forwarding basslines and ravey stabs.

In addition to Andy Luff and Pelle, the night’s music will be curated by visitors and locals such as these.
