Where it began
Intaresu started in Berlin in 2019, born from a deep love for a very specific kind of music. Not the obvious. Not the loud. The stripped-back, hypnotic end of house and minimal that rewards patience and attention.
What began as a small passion project quickly found its people. A podcast here, a premiere there. A slow, deliberate build around a sound that many felt deeply but rarely saw given the spotlight it deserved.
Berlin was the right place for it. A city that has always taken its electronic music seriously, where a Monday morning can turn into something unforgettable and where the right DJ in the right room can feel like a revelation.

What we do
Intaresu is a platform built around the music we love, and at the centre of it are our events. We organise club nights under the Intaresu name across Berlin and Europe, bringing together the artists, labels and dancers who live for this sound. The dancefloor is where everything we do comes together.
Around that, we run a long-running podcast series featuring DJ mixes from artists at every stage of their journey, from established names in the minimal scene to emerging voices that deserve to be heard. Our premiere series on SoundCloud and YouTube gives artists and labels a dedicated space to introduce new music to an audience that genuinely listens.
We promote tracks across our social channels and keep a website with news and releases relevant to the scene, less as a publication and more as a way of staying connected to what is moving.
Five years in, the catalogue runs deep. Over 500 podcast episodes, nearly 500 promoted tracks, and a growing series of events across Berlin and Europe that keep pulling the right people into the same room. Clubbers, artists, labels and promoters, all connected by the same sound.
The music we believe in
Minimal house occupies a particular corner of electronic music. It is not a genre that chases trends or peaks quickly. It builds slowly, it rewards focus, and it leaves a lot of space for the listener to inhabit. That restraint is a form of generosity that makes the music timeless.
We are drawn to DJs and producers who understand this. Artists who know that a well-placed silence can hit harder than a drop. Labels who build catalogues with intention. We try to reflect that same sensibility in everything we publish.
Our taste is our editorial line. We do not cover everything. We cover what moves us, and we trust that the people who find us will understand why.
The people behind it
Intaresu is run by a small team. We are not a media company or a PR machine. We are music people who built something because we wanted it to exist, and who have kept building it because the community around it has made it worth building.
Being a small team means every decision is personal. The artists we feature, the tracks we premiere, the mixes we release into the world. Nothing goes out unless we believe in it. That has always been the standard and it always will be.
