A new compilation album titled When There Is No Sun is set for release on March 27, 2026 via Omni Sound. Curated by electronic producer Ricardo Villalobos, the project reinterprets material from the Sun Ra Arkestra‘s Living Sky (2022) and the spoken-word collection My Words Are Music (2023).
The album includes remixes and original works by a range of electronic artists. It also features spoken-word contributions from poets and vocalists connected to the Arkestra’s recent output.
